Privacy Policy — Arrivio

1) Scope

• Applies only to arrivio.eu (the marketing pages and the contact and waitlist forms on this site).
• Does not cover the individual Arrivio product sites and apps (such as ops.arrivio.eu), contracted services, or other Beamian products. Those are governed by their own agreements and policies.

2) Data we collect (minimal)

• Contact & waitlist data: the name and email you enter, the message you write, and which product you tell us you're interested in.
• Technical / usage data: IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed and timestamps; essential browser storage and, where used, privacy-respecting analytics.

This site has no user accounts and takes no payment details. Please avoid entering sensitive information in free-text fields.

3) How we use your data

• To reply to a message you send us through this site.
• To add you to a product waitlist you asked to join, and to let you know when that product is available.
• To run, secure and improve this website, including troubleshooting and basic analytics.
• To meet legal and administrative requirements (e.g. record-keeping of enquiries).

We do not sell personal data.

4) Cookies & analytics

We use essential browser storage so the site works correctly, and may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages and products are of interest. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5) Sharing your data

We share data only as needed to operate this website:

• Service providers (processors): hosting, email delivery, analytics and similar operational tools that run the site and deliver your messages to us.
• Group support: where your enquiry concerns a specific Arrivio product or another Beamian service, we route it to the appropriate internal team.
• Legal or compliance: when required to protect our rights or comply with the law.

6) International transfers

If data is processed or accessed from outside your country/region, we use appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data-protection requirements.

7) Retention

• Contact & waitlist messages: kept while we handle your enquiry or until the waitlist converts, and for a short period thereafter — then deleted or anonymised.
• Logs: kept for a limited time for security, audit and service improvement.

We delete or anonymise data earlier when you ask us to and when it is feasible and lawful to do so.

8) Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, environment segregation, logging/monitoring, staff confidentiality). If we become aware of a risk that materially affects you, we will act in line with our incident procedures.

9) Your choices & rights

Where applicable, you can access, correct, delete, restrict certain uses, object to certain processing (including direct marketing), and request export/portability of your data.

10) Other Arrivio & third-party sites

Links from this site to Arrivio product sites or other websites are provided for convenience. Their data practices are covered by their own policies.

11) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the latest version here with the effective date above. Significant changes may also be communicated on the site.
